After spending more than thirty years with one foot in conventional medicine and one foot in alternative medicine, Kathy came to a conclusion: it was time to explore the wonders of Homeopathy and see how it could fit into her nursing career.

At first it seemed overwhelmingly different but with each passing day she realized that her nursing qualities of caring and compassion were needed, but the treatment or remedy was different. During her many years of nursing most of them were spent in the kitchens and living rooms of rural Albertans as a home care nurse. Listening to people's stories has always been at the center of every case even before she came to Xerion’s door.

In many ways the study of homeopathy has broadened her understanding of the human spirit.... and now homeopathy has given her new hope for many health issues that before seemed insurmountable.
