Rena can be a somewhat invisible part of Xerion. She started working one day each week in the fall of 2009 and gradually became enmeshed in the family of Xerion. It started with a major life change which brought Rena, a longtime Xerion customer, in the door for a remedy. That conversation gradually evolved into the role of Operations Manager (also know as 'Alfred of the Batcave'). She looks after the day to day running of Xerion and occasionally can be found in person helping clients in the store. Rena, a former dental assistant, became interested in homeopathy 15 years ago and has been unofficially studying since then. Her family of 3 kids and one bulldog have been raised with homeopathy and have very successfully managed whooping cough, adolescent angst, allergies and everything else that goes on in a (somewhat) normal life.
